Building on over 10 years of experience, Karen Baker and her team are experienced, professional, caring animal advocates. They are bonded, insured, and have passed a background check through Sterling Infosystems. Karen is certified in pet CPR and First Aid, and CPPS certified through PSI (see below). They are life-long pet owners and animal lovers.

Credentials
Gold Leash is an active member of Pet Sitters International (PSI), which provides a credentialing program and provides resources as an association of pet sitters in the U.S., Canada and abroad. Karen received her CPPS (certified professional pet sitter) certification through PSI, which is an extensive study and test related to the care of animals and owning and operating a pet sitting business. Karen attends the annual conference every year to continue to educate herself and grow her business.
